Sport Jet Preventative Maintenance and Annual Service Package
(Two Cycle DFI models)
Services
performed are as follows:
- Visually inspect engine.
- Check Compression.
- Inspect ignition components.
- Check ignition system output.
- Replace spark plugs if needed.
- Clean and recap spark plugs if needed.
- Lube Motor.
- Inspect Fuel System.
- Clean/replace fuel filter (most models).
- Replace air filter (DFI model).
- Clean cooling water strainer (DFI model).
- Run and test on the hose.
- Check cooling system operation.
- Decarbon combustion chamber with engine tuner, if applicable.
- Check/adjust shift and throttle cables.
- Coat powerhead with corrosion guard.
- Inspect trailer.
- Lube bearing buddies if needed.
- Inflate tires.
- Inspect drive belt and tension.
- Inspect charging system and battery.
- Inspect accessories.
- Change lube and inspect jet pump impeller.

Pricing is as follows:
3 cylinder: $ Call
V-4 models: $ Call
V-6 models: $ Call
Prices include water testing and computer diagnoses. Units must
be water tested to insure they operate properly.
*Service gear lube only $ Call (no water test)
DFI motors use premium platinum spark plugs that may not require
replacement. If new spark plugs are required add:
3 cylinder: $42.70
V-4 models: $64.80
V-6 models: $97.20
(spark plug prices will vary slightly depending on make and model of
motor.)
**Notes:
- Water separating fuel filter canisters are extra.
- These prices are for most models - you will be notified prior to repairs if your motor repairs exceeds these prices.

- Lube Motor.
- Inspect Fuel System.
- Clean/replace fuel filter (most models).
- Run and test on the hose.
- Check cooling system operation.
- Check/adjust carb(s).
- Decarbon combustion chamber with engine tuner, if applicable.
- Check/adjust shift and throttle cables.
- Coat powerhead with corrosion guard.
- Inspect trailer.
- Lube bearing buddies if needed.
- Inflate tires.
- Change lube and inspect jet pump impeller.
